You may use this website to review Battlerobe's activewear products, services, resources, and inquiry routes for lawful business purposes. Product images, descriptions, collection names, MOQ routes, lead times, customization notes, and other content are for initial discussion and may change after reviewing actual specifications, materials, quantities, destination, and production route.
Inquiries are not confirmed orders
Submitting a form, sending an email, or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not create a purchase contract, quotation acceptance, or reservation of production capacity. An order is confirmed only when the product, specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, timeline, quality requirements, and shipping arrangement are confirmed in writing.
Quotes, samples, and shipping
Unless a written quotation states otherwise, quotations are valid for one week, include shipping, and exclude taxes. A DDP or door-to-door duty-paid term applies only when it is expressly written in the quotation and confirmed for the actual country, product, quantity, and transport route. Sample charges, revisions, freight, and bulk-order terms are described in the Sample & Inquiry Policy.
Buyer materials and confidentiality
You confirm that you have permission to share any logo, image, tech pack, reference, design, or garment submitted to us. Customer-owned product ideas, designs, logos, references, and garments remain the customer's information. We use them only for the relevant project, and a separate NDA may be signed when required.
Site content and third-party links
Battlerobe owns or has permission to use the website content unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse it without permission. Google, WhatsApp, hosting, analytics, and other linked services are subject to their own terms.
Disputes
Unless a signed business agreement states otherwise, the parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith business communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over Battlerobe's registered business location in Xiamen, Fujian, China.
