What to include in an inquiry
Email is the only required field. Product category, reference images, quantity, budget, target market, delivery country, logo needs, packaging, size range, and target date are optional but help create a more useful first response. Accepted attachments are JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 50 MB.
Three common sampling routes
- Physical sample: send or discuss a real garment when fit, construction, and handfeel need close review.
- Tech pack: provide measurements, construction instructions, materials, and artwork when specifications are already defined.
- Photo or reference: share images, sketches, links, or early concepts when the product direction still needs evaluation.
Sample fee and revision
The usual sample fee is USD 50, but the final amount varies with the sample work required. One sample revision is included. Sample orders receive a USD 25 shipping allowance; any shipping cost above USD 25 is charged as the difference. If a later bulk order exceeds 300 pieces, the sample fee is refunded in full against that order, subject to written confirmation.
Quotation rules
Unless a quotation states otherwise, a quote is valid for one week, includes shipping, and excludes taxes. The final price depends on product specifications, quantity, materials, customization, destination, and shipping route. DDP or door-to-door duty-paid terms apply only when expressly shown in the quotation and confirmed for the actual country and order.
Review and production confirmation
We first review the product route, quantity, sample needs, branding details, fabric direction, and destination. A quotation is not an order confirmation. Bulk production starts only after the product, specifications, quantity, payment terms, timeline, quality requirements, and shipping arrangement are confirmed in writing.
Customer materials and confidentiality
Please upload only files you have permission to share. Customer-owned product ideas, designs, logos, references, and garments remain protected customer information. We use them only for the relevant review, sampling, quotation, production, or agreed business purpose. A separate NDA can be signed when required.
