Is bulk custom production right for my brand?
Bulk custom production is designed for established brands, importers, retailers, and sourcing teams with confirmed products and larger-volume requirements. It offers greater customization and a lower unit cost at scale, but is not ideal for very small test orders or unconfirmed product ideas.
What order quantity is suitable for bulk production?
Our standard starting quantity is 500 pieces per color per style, with a minimum of 1,000 pieces per style. The final MOQ may vary according to the fabric, color, construction, size range, and custom components required.
How does a larger order affect the unit cost?
Larger quantities generally reduce the cost per piece because fabric preparation, pattern development, sampling, trims, and production setup are distributed across more units. Final pricing also depends on fabric, construction, branding, packaging, and delivery terms.
What information do you need before preparing a quotation?
Please provide:

Yes. We can begin with a physical sample, sketch, product photo, reference link, or an incomplete tech pack. We will review the construction and customization requirements, identify missing specifications, and recommend the appropriate sampling process. Bulk production begins only after the sample and specifications are approved.
Can you support custom fabrics, colors, logos, labels, and packaging?
Depending on the product and order quantity, customization can include:

How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production normally takes 30–60 days after sample approval and confirmation of all order details. Sampling, custom fabric development, material availability, complex construction, and order size may affect the schedule. Shipping time is quoted separately according to the destination and shipping method.
